These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“User/Guest/Host”) and Nesto Rooms (Proprietorship/Startup) (“Nesto Rooms”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website/mobile app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to contract in India.
• Provide accurate information; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Booking & Listing

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and host acceptance (if applicable).
• Hosts must provide accurate property details, pricing, availability and comply with local laws.
• Nesto Rooms is a marketplace; the accommodation services are provided by Hosts.

Fees & Taxes

• We may charge service/processing fees. Taxes (e.g., GST) apply as per Indian law.

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities, harassment, discrimination, fraud, money laundering, or misuse of platform tools.
• Posting false, infringing, or harmful content.

Termination

• We may suspend/terminate access for violations, fraud, or legal compliance reasons.
